All batches of Helen’s handcrafted ice creams are made in small batches with no expense spared or corners cut. Only the highest quality ingredients are used to create a delightful and sensational taste and texture experience.
It was a small ice cream parlour in the square in Caernarfon called ‘Bertorelli’ that first introduced Helen to a lifelong passion for luxury top notch ice cream. The owner was an old Italian gentleman and after staying with her grandparents in Twthill during her school holidays her treat used to be visiting the parlour. Unfortunately he used to be so mean with his ice cream she used to pray before going into the shop he would be in a good generous mood.
Managing Director Helen has undertaken every single role within the business. Today from these difficult and challenging days Helen has turned Môn ar Lwy into a profitable business.
